Well, I put the first photo of this post on twitter a few days ago with the attached comment "I need to trim my bangs." Within about 30 minutes I received 3 messages from some angry creep along the lines of this:

"Omg, STFU! I hate your #%@$ face! Why do you even post pics! Go die"

"Seriously, I hate people like you!"

Etc~

The thing is, as I read them, all I could hear going through my mind was "I don't car-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh" because seriously, his/her opinion is invalid based on the fact that they're a hater/loser/creep anyways. It makes me reflect back on my younger self and think "Wow, did I really get upset by this stuff back then. Embarrassing..."

All the same, it was kinda strange that someone like that just appears out of nowhere huh? Could it have something to do with that contest I entered? Even though I'm not much of a threat? 'Cause I didn't remove the twitter link from my Soompi profile like I did the blog... and I've been seeing some haters going after other contestants (better contestants that might actually win). It's gotta be random I think... although now I'm thinking I might not add the link to my blog again until after the contest just to be safe. Hehehe ^-^

So as a result of this transaction was the inspiration for the above selcas. Anyone with a problem concerning this should keep it to themselves because as you can see, my response to "stop posting photos" will be to post moar photos!~ You know, I think this occasion is worth a haterz gonna hate gif... a real one this time!

My mom was sitting across from me in the living room when the twitter stuff happened and when I read one of the messages to her she was all LOL forever.

Me: WTH is going on with you?!

Mom: ROFL!!!!1!!

Me: OmM...

Mom: It's hilarious because he's all furious. You post a photo of yourself first thing in the morning looking all refreshed and happy so this guy gets super pissed off hahahahaha!! XD

Me: pretty sure I didn't look happy or refreshed in that photo but whatever~ XD


I love that she found it that amusing though!


*Contest update: For the one or two of you that might've been considering voting for me. The first round for the girls is only going to be voted on by staff and admin due to the hundreds of applicants... So don't worry about it for now. To advance I have to have a better face than 54% of the other contestants and I doubt, with the entries I submitted, that'll happen. So far round one hasn't started yet, I hear it might commence later this week.

Alright, so it's not me... and everyone has already heard the story about the time I was applying makeup and my compact mirror mysteriously slid off a FLAT surface and shattered upon the floor. Yes, it committed suicide to escape the torment of seeing my ::fresh face::. Nevertheless, I entered the Ulzzang contest anyway since I have tons of photos laying around and because I really like some of the other contestants and want to be able to say I competed with them (is that odd?). I fully expect I'll lose and I'm ok with that. Haha, afterall, I haven't posted on Soompi in almost a year and don't know many people there. :b



So here's my entries for the contest:









^ One you've already seen, I just adjusted the lighting and contrast to give it a more Ulzzang feel. They do that right? I think I actually have no idea what I'm doing here with these photos...

^ I took this 2 days ago. I adjusted the brightness and contrast on this one also, and toned the bright orange down a bit. I read that Soompiers go for more natural looks verses lots of makeup. In this photo I used a thin line of liquid eyeliner on the outer edge of the top lids, mascara, brushed some purple shimmer eye shadow on, and applied lip gloss (that turned out a regrettable choice due to the splotchiness of it, I think it was really old).

Voting hasn't opened yet and when it does I think you need an account to vote (or so I hear). You can vote for me if you want but if you don't feel like it then it's no problem. This is just for fun and I couldn't care less if I get 0.

~~Few years back, when I posted photos on forums and such all the time, I used to get entered (against my will) in competitions like this all the time and I'd at most get 1 or 2 votes even with having quite a few friends on those sites. So I'm pretty much over the whole "oh no! No one voted for me" stuff.~~


Speaking of contests, you know what I don't find just for fun? When my wanna-be life coach tries to send me off to the American Idol/Survivor (I forgot which one) audition when they came to town. Honestly. Rather be set on fire. And I find it creepy that he even knew about these things. I just thought I'd throw that out there if you were around for my I HATE CONTESTS outburst last week and are now wondering why I've just entered a contest. This one is gonna be fun, AI audition would be a nightmare for real! XD



Mystery


I've grown a conscience and realized I shouldn't have been so judgmental about the photobucket thing. Why would that happen? Well the account I'm using now also has like 1000 views out of nowhere! I've only used it to post the photos for the last post and for my contest entries so WTF?! From my understanding for the contest they are just looking at the photos once, downloading them, and uploading them on there own server. Why so many views? They aren't coming from here! And I mean if it's from google searches or whatever I don't get that either because my file names are just random portions of several words and numbers.

I'm wondering if I should just dump PB altogether because it kind of sucks lately. I had to remove every link from external sites to this blog until the 26th just to keep my other website afloat. I Know I could move the photos but editing photo info on the other website is a freaking pain. I shouldn't be blogging either since I'm trying to conserve bandwidth but I can't help it! I wanted ya'll to be the first to see my stupid photos. Ok. I'm gonna just shut my face and go... :x

Alright, about a week ago I got a warning from photobucket stating that my bandwidth for the month was almost used up. So I go on my account and find out that there has been almost 5k views on a couple of my pics/gifs during the past 2 days because some fool hotlinked my photos to the main page of their idiot website! And photobucket is all "ZOMG, you need to give us $25 or we'll suspend your account until the 26th when your bandwidth limit is met!" ... Really photobucket? I have to pay now because some random douche hotlinked my photos? Is that how it's gonna be?! *Rages*

I ended up deleting the troublesome images and now things seem to have returned to normal:

But I still can't use my account since it's so close to the limit and one of my other websites will be screwed if it gets suspended. I'm using Jay's account now seeing as he is nice enough to share and hardly uses it anyway. (When looking through the photos I stopped to ponder if he actually only made it to harass people on myspace. We may never know...)

Ahem.., so I highly doubt that any readers were the ones that caused the issue here, but I thought just to be thorough I should remind everyone that hotlinking is the Lucifer. It may seem all seductive and exciting at first but really... it's just evil. By the way, a note to the fool (although he will probably never see this)~~ I'm judging you so hard right now for the content of your website...

In more random news, I took tons of photos today and got plenty of comments on my weird, disturbingly pale, shimmery looking skin~ Or that's how someone described it to me earlier.










In addition to that, I've also been on the most unsatisfying diet of all time. It consists of a very small serving of chicken/vegetables, desert of apples or nectarines, and plain crackers with peanut butter for snacks. As for exercise, I've added planks to my routine since about 6 weeks ago.

Progress? I have a decently flat tummy and I keep being told I look like a mannequin. Good news though right since I specifically recall someone I know being told the same right before they started getting tons of work and opportunities! Of course... that person has a flawlessly perfect face and mine... breaks mirrors :/

Anyhow, if you haven't tried the planks and are trying to get a flat tummy I highly recommend them! Have a good weekend (but not you hotlinking person) :D

AhahahahahaaA!

I've already got my Halloween costume picked out and purchased. Teeheeehee! ^.^ Which I'll reveal on Halloween (or the day after) of course!

Ya'll remember last year when I had the perfect costume picked out? I blew like hundreds of $$$ on the accessories, main outfit, and getting my hair cut and dyed for it and not to mention the amount of time I wasted trying to find everything. Then... several days before the big day I found out that the horrible store I ordered the main part of my outfit from didn't have it in stock, waited a month to tell me about it, and that the item was discontinued and would never be sold by them or anyone else ever again!

(God I hate them~ apparently if I wouldn't have harassed them for info on my order, they might have never told me about it and not refunded my money. I can't believe those jerks started sending me a catalog every month like I would attempt buying from them again. My mom doesn't bother to give them to me anymore since I was either tearing them to shreds and tossing it in the air like confetti or flinging it across the room and yelling "HOw Dare YOu!!" Wtf is wrong with them?!! Tell me!! double-U Tee eFF!!! AhHHHH!)

As you can see, I'm totally over what happened last year... For this Halloween, I was extremely lucky to find that my presumably doomed costume is still kind of relevant and I can still use it! You see, if recent events had gone a different direction, the costume would be so last year right now. So I vowed earlier this month that I would find the missing piece! No matter how many lives it ruins or how many innocents perish in the process, it would be MINE! Puhahaha.

Fortunately it didn't come to that because I just found what I needed today and ordered it. Super excited squeeeEee! I shouldn't be celebrating yet though, history could still repeat itself and I could be furiously enraged asking "where's my stuff?!" in a month's time. Lets hope that isn't the case. Anyway, yeah, the look I'm trying to pull off won't be as accurate with what I have to work with now but at least I found something cute enough to use in my daily fall wardrobe and not just for a one time costume. Which is kinda funny because the outfit I had last year was the more sensible, normal looking one. ^_^

Yeah... so, I guess I did such a great job being all obsessive and stalkertastic that I didn't notice wasting a couple weeks of my life. Oops... On the bright side I actually did get some work in and I did keep up with bathing! I just don't remember a lot of it... but the stuff I can remember was great, everything would've stayed great if I didn't get snapped out of it... I'll save that insanity for the project post though.


Now, for about the billionth time, I'm switching topics over to The Sims. Why?! Because people keep asking me about it! "Why do you still play that and nothing else, Why, god, whyyyyy?!!"


So here it is, the secret Ive never shared openly on the internet will be revealed right... about... now!

That's right! House plan magazines! I have tons of them, those in the photo above are only a mere few I grabbed off the shelf. Some of them date back to when I was only 7 or 8 yrs. old~ I started my hobby of home designing and decorating when I was about 5. It began with playing pretend open house (I was the real estate agent). I could keep myself amused for hours since the house was large and every room had a second door leading to another room or hallway (wee no backtracking, children hate backtracking)!

I then expanded my hobby to building elaborate Lego houses. After a while I got my first magazine, I enjoyed coloring in the floorplans depending on what type of flooring should be in a certain room~

I guess I got that one too. Haha, anyway you see what I mean, I was and still am all over anything involving houses and designing them. I still keep and display most of my dollhouses from way back when also. *dork*

That's why the Sims never, ever get boring to me. It's like something I can do to relax. I build houses and then test out the layout for efficiency, which I think was actually the reason the creator made the Sims in the beginning (Think it was on a quiz I took once). Whatever, now you know, and here's what I've been up to most recently when playing:

Latest room I've been working on ~The Red Room~. It is still a bit in need of decoration because she's saving for the other items that will go in it. I've probably already spent 40~50k simoleons furnishing and decorating! (I know I could just use the motherlode cheat but I feel like it ruins the fun for me so they have to earn it) ^-^

Now aside from the designing aspects, I do continue to enjoy the gameplay and developing stories as well. Hey does anyone recognize the guy in the above photos?!
















Yep, the invisible newspaper stealing guy in the neighborhood. Him and his family are one of the few I pay close attention to. I don't remember if I already told this one so if I did, sorry but I'm tellin' it again.

These particular sims made me hate myself and caused an emotion uproar from within. Why? Because I killed them. I originally designed them to be (by my standards) outrageously beautiful and freakishly pale so I could murder them and have a stunning family of ghosts on that property. Then I would move new sims in and it'd be like an artsy horror movie. Additionally, I made them have the worst personality traits possible so they'd be rude and cruel with no redeeming qualities. Sounds ok right? They're just computer animations right? NO BIG DEAL RIGHT?!!

-_- Ya'll, no doubt, can guess what happened. I went halfway through with the mission and ended up in tears trying to save them! Their individual stories go as follows~



The Mother

While fast asleep during a winter night, her fireplace sparked up a nearby armchair and fire spread across the room trapping her in the corner where she slept. Eventually she woke and started to panic. Crying, pleading for someone to help... then after she gave up on help from others, she tried to escape and ended up bursting into flames! It seemed like she was burning forever! I finally awoke the son to go and save her because I couldn't take it any longer. He was frantic, trying to extinguish her and failing miserably. She died. He stayed in her room for the following two days crying and blaming himself.


I felt horrible but I thought I'd get over it because THEY'RE NOT REAL!



The Daughter

She was less fazed by her mother's departure. Maybe because she wasn't there to see it happen like her brother had. Soon after the incident, she found that all of the bathroom doors had disappeared while she was in the shower. She FREAKED out, thinking she was having a horrible dream... although she couldn't wake up. Finally, after what seemed an eternity, the doors were back and she ran to find something to eat. (This next part is all due to her own bad luck) As she was cooking the stove caught fire, then the cabinets, the table, everything. She tried to reach the phone but couldn't get to it because she was surrounded! She covered her face with her hands and sobbed... she could have easily LEFT the room and survived just moments earlier... it was a grave error that she tried to stop the fire from spreading. Maybe she was worried that her brother would die if she abandoned him (he would have). As her mother did before her, she burned to death.


I got over it, I didn't feel as badly about her as I did for the mother because she didn't even seem all that devastated by her passing. Little did I know at this point that that was as upset as this sim is capable.



The Son

After refusing to leave his mother's room, he also became trapped by a mysterious disappearing door. He hardly noticed it being gone. I felt bad for him and eventually had the sister get him snacks to feed him (she hadn't died yet). The final day he was in this room, he was at the point of starving, and painfully pleading to the heavens for relief in any form. On the day his sister died, he was hysterically crying/begging more than ever before... but she was gone and the fire spread throughout the opposite side of the house. (In gameplay, while a fire is burning you can't go into buy/build mode and move things around like doors, food, or telephones).

I couldn't take seeing him like this, it was just too much, even for a little computer simulated game character. I had designed him to be cruel and heartless so this would be easy (or so I thought) but that wasn't the case at all. He might hate everyone else, but his mother was dear to him. I decided at this point, as soon as the fire dies I'd free him. It looked like it was dying out already due to the fact that the hall had practically no furniture.

I waited, and waited, and waited. The moment when the fire finally stopped, the reaper showed up before I could click on anything! The sim was curled up on the floor and no longer moving. He looked so weak and helpless. Why... why do I feel as if I've actually killed someone innocent. just a game... just a game.... *cries* Please don't let him die, please don't let him diiiie!

The Reaper took him as if it was nothing. A messaged popped up on the screen saying that everyone on the lot had passed away and I could move a new family in after exiting to the neighborhood. I held out hope that I could just avoid saving and be able to change this. It worked, they were fine. (yay)



My evil plans weren't lost completely however. I had them kill one of the game created characters after he insulted everyone in the household. During the process I stopped playing and when I came back the next day there was a glitch and the jerk was free. After several hours I came to realize that the glitch that set the doomed character free had placed him exactly where the son/brother was standing and somehow he had been trapped underneath the house while I assumed he was just at work. It was so difficult finding a way to get him out (it was before I knew about the moveobjects cheat). So as revenge, we put the game created sim under the house until he died and became a semi-hideous ghost. the end~

Ya know something sorta odd about the larger houses I make on the sims? Every time I complete them and then calculate the square footage, they all measure approximately the same size (within about 100 sqft of each other!)... and they're also approximately the same size as the house I grew up in! Guess it has definitely influenced what I consider to be the ideal size for a home. I'm pretty sure the acres of land have influenced my preferences also~ hence I can't stand neighbors that live within seeing distance. Oh and I found this...









I think this is a photo of the left corner of our old yard. Well, you can't actually see the yard because I was zooming on the trees at the border the clearing. The part that was close to the house was better kept than that of course. One thing I hated about Texas was tall grass during Summer = snakes hiding in tall grass during Summer. *shudders* I miss having a view.... of something other than a dirty sidewalk ಥ_ಥ



Oh and there's more (if you haven't died from the never ending pics yet)! Since I keep being told by people I know and people I don't and people I don't know that know people I know that my zombie photos from a few weeks back were awesome and fun, I decided to be zombiesque more often.

Mom: What?! You appear to resemble a zombie today... again...
